Airship Simulator is a walk-in airship for music festivals. Guests step inside a full-size ship parked on the grass, the walls become screens, and the whole room seems to lift off over the festival. It never leaves the ground. An independent concept by Joshua Logan, now seeking its first festival partners.
Airship Simulator is a walk-in airship installation designed for music festivals. A full-size airship sits on the festival grounds as a landmark by day and a glowing beacon by night. Inside, a circular observation deck wraps guests in a panoramic view of the festival from above, so a room full of people shares the feeling of flight without ever leaving the ground. The project exists today as eight concept films, an interactive browser demo and a costed build plan. The proposed first step is an 8–12 guest study in a screen room, followed by feasibility engineering with a founding festival. Airship Simulator is an independent concept by Joshua Logan. A Kickstarter is coming soon.
